Cancellation Policy: We require 48 hours notice before the beginning of your appointment to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50% the total price of the service scheduled. If payment is not collected, the client cannot make future appointments at GLDN Hair Co.

No-Show Policy: If an appointment is no-showed, the stylist will charge the client 50% of the service total price. If payment is not collected, the client cannot make future appointments at GLDN Hair Co.

Late Policy: 15 minutes or later from the time of your appointment will result in a cancellation/reschedule, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total will be required before rebooking.
